The short version
We collect as little as possible. MindSharpGames.com does not use cookies, does not require an account, and does not sell or share your information with advertisers.
Visitor statistics
We use GoatCounter, a privacy-friendly analytics service, to count visits and see which games people click on. It records things like the page visited, the referring site, your browser type, screen size and approximate country. It does not use cookies, does not store your IP address, and does not track you across other websites. We only see totals, never individual visitors.
Contact form
If you send us a message through our contact form, we receive the name, email address and message you enter. It is sent straight to our own email inbox; no outside service handles it. We use your details only to reply to you, and we don’t add you to any mailing list. To prevent spam, we briefly keep a scrambled code made from your IP address and browser (never the address itself) to limit how many messages can be sent; it is deleted within a day.
Third-party services
Like most websites, some content on this page is loaded from other services, which receive your IP address as a normal part of delivering it:
- Google Fonts — provides the fonts used on this site.
- GoatCounter — visitor statistics, as described above.
Our games
Some of our games are played right here on MindSharpGames.com, and others on their own websites. When you follow a link to another site, it may have its own privacy practices, so please check the privacy information there.
Children
Our games are currently aimed at adults. We don’t knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has sent us their information, contact us and we’ll delete it.
Your choices
You can ask us to see, correct or delete any information you’ve sent us by emailing support@mindsharpgames.com.
Changes to this statement
If we change how we handle information, we’ll update this page and the date at the top.
